Who can enroll at Sunnyview Preschool?
Children three years and older may register for preschool. Potty training is preferred, but not required.
How much does the program cost?
There is a $40 registration fee for each student. MW classes are offered this semester and will be $50 per month.
What should my child wear?
Sunnyview Preschool takes pride in the fact that students engage in active play and creative learning. For this reason, please make sure that your child wears seasonally appropriate clothing and lace-up or buckled shoes (no flip-flops!) to allow for outdoor play. In addition, Sunnyview's curriculum includes a heavy art emphasis. Although only washable art mediums are used in the classroom, please understand that I cannot guarantee that everything will come out of their clothes! Please dress your child accordingly.
What are the school's holidays?
Holidays follow the same holiday schedule used by the Carlsbad Municipal School District. The only exception to this is the school's starting date. Sunnyview Preschool's 2010 Fall schedule will begin on August 18. Monthly tuition will not be prorated for months with extended holidays or school breaks.
What if my child is sick?
Please call prior to class to notify me that your child will not be attending. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any make-up sick days at this time. Tuition will not be prorated to accommodate illness.
